About Credy team

We are a fast growing young team of 35 driven people with engineering, credit, banking, and data science backgrounds. Our founding team consists of ex Goldman Sachs investment bankers with 15+ years experience. Credy is a Y Combinator backed startup and has financial backing from other prominent Silicon Valley investors like Khosla Ventures, Vy Capital, and domestic investors like MAS Financial.

Responsibilities

People Management:
  • Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will boost employee morale and output.
  • Shape and drive human capital policy as per the company’s evolving needs.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay in sync with and nurture company morale and culture, ensure it stays positive and productive.
  • Regularly meet employees of the company across geographies and discuss progress reviews and assessments, and discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
  • Regularly educate employees on company policies and change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc as and when required.
Recruitment:
  • Sourcing, calling, interviewing and scheduling interviews with managers, offering and onboarding.
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Execute all training procedures for new employees.
  • Understand pertinent labor laws.
Finance:
  • Payroll processing.
  • Day-to-day accounting and liaise with company CA for financials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Master’s in HR or related field will be preferable.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and people management, and deep understanding of full recruitment life cycle. Should have experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, ethical, dependable, positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
